Rings are sent the exact size ordered, and can be sent back here anytime for re-sizing; the only cost is shipping both ways.
Offered in sizes 7 through 13, larger sizes will have less wrap around affect.
The industry standard is to go up 1/4 to 1/2 ring size for wider rings such as this.
Created from a vintage silverplate teaspoon that is thick and sturdy, ring has never been worn; expect a scratch or ding.                                                                      

Occasionally buff with a Sunshine brand silver polishing cloth to maintain shine, remove tarnish, but retain the dark patina.
