How can I pay?
With PayPal, they accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never see your credit card number; PayPal notifies me when payment is made and I ship your order.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, PayPal does not require an account when using a credit card to pay. It's similar to guest check out.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $4.00 for jewelry items and $6 for larger items. Put all items in cart and check out once for combined shipping discount.
Once on the PayPal site, the order total is at the top right.
Orders shipping to Nebraska will have sales tax added.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 0-3 business days, most within 1 day. The rings are already made and just need to be sized, which doesn't take long.
Do you take custom requests?
No, I only use my silverware here.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only orders shipped to Nebraska will be charged sales tax.
What if my package is lost?
Every package will be insured for loss or damage. Under normal circumstances, a package is considered lost after 30 days, during times when USPS is reporting significant slow downs, it may be extended to 6 weeks. After the appropriate time has passed, you will be offered a refund or replacement (if available). If the item is damaged, keep all packing materials, don't throw anything away since the insurer may ask for photos of the damaged packaging and item. If there is an issue, please contact me, I'm easier to get a hold of and to deal with than the post office.
